Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Business Consultant (an Individual Contributor) with a strong background in IT software development services to help us optimize our sales funnel and build processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record in sales consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for our IT services and software development offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to gather project requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Monitor sales metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Skills Requirement & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Business Consultant/ Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager or similar role in the IT services & software development industry.
- Thorough understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in creating reports and delivering attractive presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Should have understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Should have understanding of technology services and solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Support available from the company:
- You will get assistance in Sales Documentation i.e. creation of SOW, SRD, FRD, BRD based on Project requirements.
- Demo - You will get assistance in showcasing portfolio and presenting project demos when required.
- Portfolio - Access to company portfolio, assisting in business generation/project acquisition.
- Support from the technical team for understanding Technical aspects of client requirements.
- Will get support in assessing client requirements and project estimation.
